Our Story
The Heart Behind the Legacy

The idea for Ana Vega Legacy Assisted Living Home came from a deeply personal place. A few years ago, I became the legal guardian of my 79-year-old aunt, Ana, who was living with dementia. As her condition worsened and she became bedridden, I faced a heartbreaking reality: no local assisted living community would accept her, and the only options were crowded, understaffed nursing homes. I knew she deserved better, so I brought her into my own home.
Through that journey, I realized there are many families in the same situation — caring for disabled or bedridden aging loved ones, overwhelmed by the lack of safe, dignified options. I wanted to create a place that would offer the kind of care I wanted for my aunt: personal, loving, and truly home-like.
That's why I opened Ana Vega Legacy Assisted Living Home. It is a residential assisted living home built out of love, dedication, and a commitment to giving every resident the attention, respect, and dignity they deserve. Our occupancy is intentionally kept small, so we can truly know each person as an individual. Families are welcome to be as involved as they wish, with the peace of mind that their loved one is in caring, capable hands.
We're here to offer support, comfort, and real peace of mind to families walking this difficult road. You don't have to do this alone — we're here to help.
